The present invention discloses a vehicle seat height regulating mechanism, which is disposed below the vehicle seat, between a position regulating system (slide) and the seat, characterized in that it comprises: a pair of front connecting rods and a pair of rear connecting rods, one of said rear connecting rods having a crown-shaped toothed end; a tie system including a toothed section, which is in an engagement relationship with said crown-shaped toothed end; a cam, which is associated with said toothed section; a guide plate of said toothed section jointly involved with the cam; said tie system being actuated by an actuating lever of said cam; and requisition means of said cam to its initial position.
