<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability in display erasure and to improve print quality by heating a magnetic display sheet prior to or together with the display erasure to a proper temp. and performing the display erasure. SOLUTION: An erase head 40 composed of a permanent magnet, etc., is provided as a means erasing the magnetic display of the magnetic display sheet 2. A heating roller 42 is set up on the preceding stage side of the erase head 40 as a heating means of the magnetic display sheet 2. This heating roller 42 is constituted so that a heater is buried in the inner surface of the roller formed by an elastic member, and its roller surface is heated uniformly, and is rotated together with transfer rollers 6, 8 to be in contact with the transferred magnetic display sheet 2 and to heat the magnetic display sheet 2. The heated magnetic display sheet 2 is transferred to the erase head 40, and is applied with a horizontal magnetic field there, and a magnetic display is erased. Since the magnetic display sheet 2 is kept to a heated state suited to the magnetic erasure to be led to the erase head 40, the sure display erasure is performed.</p> |
