Two or three leaf springs constitute the sole. The first leaf constituting the core of the sole is folded three times and comprises four parts (a,b,c,d) and fitted to a shoe. The sole absorbs vertical pressure and restores it into upwards and forward propulsive energy. The leaf can be reinforced by one or two leaves (e,f) to increase the sole performance.
