PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat sealing properties such as high heat sealing strength, low temperature heat sealing when a bag is formed at a high speed, heat sealing with impurities, high gas barrier properties to oxygen or vapor, flexibility, sticking resisting strength, anti-impact strength, suitability for heating by microwave oven and transparency. SOLUTION: This laminate comprises at least, a base layer, a barrier material layer and a sealant layer. In this case, the sealant layer consists of an ethylene monopolymer or an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer (A) which satisfies (a)-(d) requirements, that is, (a) 0.86-0.97g/cm<3> of density, (b) 0.01-100g/10min of melt flow rate, (c) 1.5-5.0 of molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn), and (d) 2.00 or less of composition distribution parameter Cb.
