PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spread spectrum communication method and equipment by which a receiver side takes synchronization accurately with a clock signal from a transmitter side. SOLUTION: A multiplier circuit 108 demodulates a reception signal and a differentiation circuit 132 differentiates the demodulated signal. Then a gate circuit 136 acts like a timewise passing window to pass the reception signal differentiated by the differentiation circuit 132 only in a prescribed timing to oscillate an oscillation circuit 138 synchronously with an output of the time window circuit. Then a comparator 142 provides the timewise passing window to the gate circuit 136 synchronously with the oscillation signal of the oscillation circuit 138. Since the oscillation circuit 138 is oscillated with accurate synchronization with the clock signal of the reception signal, the demodulated code is generated in a correct clock timing. |
