PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the maintenance on the occurrence of a fault and damage by avoiding disturbance of linearity for filter tuning frequency control and facilitating fine-adjustment of components. SOLUTION: A tip of a rod or plate element 7 connecting to an inner conductor 1 forming a plurality of inductive components provided in parallel at an optional point of an LC parallel resonance circuit of a semi-coaxial cavity resonator is led out at the outside of an outer conductor 2 and a PIN diode 8 receiving at its tip a bias voltage for on/off control is connected to the tip of the element 7. A rod or plate element 9 forming a 2nd inductive element to cancel the capacitance of the inductors connected in parallel with the leadlout part of the element 7, and a rod or plate element 10 to cancel the capacitance produced in each inductor of the element 7 are provided respectively at the outside of the outer conductor 2. |
