PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut the left and right leads of a chip electrolytic capacitor in roughly the same length after a capacitor main body is coaxially aligned with a seat plate. SOLUTION: A seat plate 4 is mounted to the end surface on the sealing hole part side of a capacitor main body 1, which is constituted by leading out one pair of leads 3 and 3 from a sealing hole part formed in a metal case 2 housed with a capacitor element, and at the same time, the leads 3 and 3 of a chip type electrolytic capacitor 5a which is constituted by a method, wherein the one pair of the leads 3 and 3 are made to penetrate the seat plate 4 and are bent in the directions to alienate from each other along the bottom of the seat plate 4, are made to project from the seat plate 4 in a prescribed length and are cut. In this case, the leads 3 and 3 are cut by upper blades 15 and 15 and lower blades 11a and 11a in a state that the capacitor 5a is suppressed by case pinching plates 12 and 12, seat plate pinching plates 13 and 13 and a pressing pin 14 on a support stand 11. |
