PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operating convenience by generating and storing storage management information, including information relating to a sender when a voice reply device replying voice information is provided in store image information, generating stored notice information with respect to a user, upon the request from the user and replying content to the user as voice information by means of the voice reply device. SOLUTION: A system control section SCU conducts control processing for each section of a center equipment and various control processing such as facsimile transmission control procedure processing. A system memory SMM stores a control processing program executed by the system control section SCU and various data or the like, required to execute the processing program and configures a work area for the system control section SCU. A parameter memory PMM stores various information specific to the center equipment such as user registration information. Communication control sections CCU1-CCUn respectively contain one line of a general exchange network and conduct group 3 facsimile communication and voice reply service or the like. |
