PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gyro sensor device in which a sensor assembly is housed surely and easily and which can be miniaturized by forming a positioning part which prescribes a position from one end of a circuit board at one end in the long-axis direction of a cover. SOLUTION: The positioning part 1214a which prescribes a distance L2 from one end part 111f of a circuit board 111 is formed at one end in the long-axis direction of a cover 121. A vibrator 416 is positioned, arranged and installed at the upper part of the circuit board 111 by making use of the end part 111f as a reference. The interval between both sidewall parts 1213, 1214 in the long- axis direction of the cover 121 is set at a prescribed distance. The cover 121 is put on the vibrator 416 and the like so as to be placed on the circuit board 111. The positioning part 1214a is brought into contact with the end part 111f. Then, the interval between the edge of the vibrator 416 and both sidewall parts 1213, 1214 can be maintained at, e.g. 0.5±0.2 mm. In addition, when connection parts 1213b, 1214d are coated with an adhesive, the cover 121 can be attached to the circuit board 111 simply and surely. |
