PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of terminals and miniaturize a driving means by judging a state of a functional mode-setting terminal with an inspection mode-setting means of a mode signal generating means, and setting a driving means to be in an inspection mode. SOLUTION: The mode signal generating means 51 is provided with the inspection mode setting means 73, and it outputs a functional mode signal S20 when it reads the feasible state of functional mode setting terminals 72a -72b at a moving contact point 75. The inspection mode setting means 73 outputs no inspection mode signal S22, and an inspecting means 71 is not operated. Next, the terminals 72a -72d are set to the Vdd level respectively. The mode signal generating means 51 reads the state of the terminals 72a -72d , however all terminals are set to the Vdd level which is the infeasible state in a functional clock, and no functional mode signal S20 is outputted. The inspection mode setting means 73 reads the state of all terminals, judges the state as the inspection mode, and outputs the inspection mode signal S22. The inspecting means 71 feeds the inspection control signal S21 to a functional mode realizing means 70 to make an inspection. |
