PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive pH sensor which is disposable and in which a quinhydrone layer is formed on an action electrode. SOLUTION: The disposable pH sensor comprises a mixture layer of quinhydrone and graphite paste formed on an action electrode provided on a substrate. In this case, a sensor including an chloride layer on a reference electrode provided together with the action electrode or on a part in contact with it has an increased measurement region into an alkaline side while a sensor without the chloride layer has a pH measurement region limited in an acid side. |
