<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable emergency operation with a simple and sure systems by connecting an emergency valve for controlling flow-out toward a tank, in the case where it exceeds a pressure level capable of regulating, between a piston side working chamber and a check valve capable of releasing lock. SOLUTION: In the case where a pressure source 12 is not operated by shortage of feed, a cover flap is opened by hands. A pressure medium flows from a working chamber 9 of a rod side into a working chamber 8 of a piston side through a check valve 19, a seat valve 22, a check valve 21 with nearly non- pressure, namely with consumption of few necessary force, and the medium is filled. In the case where a pump driving device falls down, the cover flap is closed by hand. Displacement flow flows from a working chamber 8 into the working chamber 9 through a throttle part 20, a seat valve 22, a pilot valve 15, and the flow is filled. In the case where emergency operation is started, excessive differential volume of a work cylinder 3 flows out through an emergency valve 17. In this case, regulating pressure of the emergency valve 17 is higher than that of the pilot valve 15. A simple and sure possibility is obtained for emergency operation of the work cylinder.</p> |
