<p>The container is used for the manufacture and operation ofstorage batteries. It has greater recirculation of the electrolyteand reduced charging time avoiding blockages when refilling theelectrolyte. The container includes a box (3) having one or morecells each of which can house metal plates (10) submerged in theelectrolyte and interconnected thus forming a positive andnegative pole. The container has a lid (2,30) closing the boxalong its peripheral edges. Each of its cells has at least onetube (7,14,16,18) supplying electrolyte which by one of its endsis connected to a hole in the lid, and its other end is fittedclose to the bottom of the box, and at least one level gaugingtube (5,15,17,19) for the electrolyte connected by one of its endto a hole in the lid and its other end coinciding with theelectrolyte level in each cell.4 claims, 6 figures</p> |
