SUBSTANCE: semi- grip rigidly secured on rod and semi-grip rigidly secured on lever are essentially plates pointed with their free edges towards each other. Their planes close to axes of rod and hole in lever are located at equal distances from these axes. These distances exceed sum of radius of lever and height of movable body of steering wheel. Cuts in form of segments are made on free edges of plates pointed to each other. Radius of segments is equal to half of inner diameter of undercut found between movable body Of steering wheel and fixed steering column, thickness of plates being less than width of undercut.
