equipment for removal of metal magnetic impurities from loose finely dispersed food products characterized by high adhesion properties and high internal friction coefficient; applicable in food industry. SUBSTANCE: magnetoaeration separator has feeder installed above interpole space, magnetic system, flow change-over switch located under interpole space, discharge branch pipe connected to flow change-over switch and branch pipe of particle collector connected with switch. Air-distribution box is located in center of magnetic system interpole space and parallel to electromagnetic poles, and held in this position by plates of nonmagnetic material. Side surfaces of air-distribution box have holes for introduction of air into product under cleaning in direction of magnetic force lines. Connected to air- distribution box is blower. EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation of ferromagnetic particles from finely dispersed media and provision of food products safe for human health due to removal of ferromagnetic impurities. 1 dwg
