The movable component (8) can be made to support an essential part of the load and on its upper surface, comprises a material with high friction, e.g. rubber. The fork leg (5) on the upper side is provided with a track (6), in which a hydraulic hose (7) is positioned under a friction component (8), so that with high, inner hydraulic pressure the hose (7) presses the friction component outwards so that its upper side locates higher than the adjoining parts of the fork leg (5) upper side. The fork leg is lined with a layer (11) of elastic material. The layer is covered by a metal plate (12) provided with a longitudinal recess (13). In the recess the friction component is positioned. |
