PURPOSE:To reduce the erroneous evaluation in inspection of soldering thereby to enhance the inspecting reliability. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is provided with a characteristic quantity extracting part 5 which extracts a plurality of characteristic quantities for every soldering part 1 based on the image data from a TV camera 1, and a statistical database 7 which stores the statistical data as to the evaluation whether or not each characteristic quantity is good. There are further provided a reliability probability calculating part 6 which obtains a reliability probability (m) and computes a synthetic reliability probability M synthesized for all of the characteristic quantities, an evaluating part 8 for making evaluation from the data of the calculating part 6, and a learning means 10 for feeding back an evaluating result 9 to the statistical database 7 and updating the stored data. |
