PURPOSE: An assembly method of decorative chest for audio instrument and a decorative chest for audio instrument are provided, which can control height of chest plate of audio instrument using a connection rod according to user's convenience. CONSTITUTION: The decorative chest for audio instrument comprises: a connection rod(3) containing a connection bolt(1) on the upper part and a connection hole(2) on the base; a plate(5) containing a connection perforation(4); an upper plate(11) with a connection nut(6) formed on below part; a base plate(10) with a connection perforation(4); and a bolt(14). The assembly method comprises: locating the connection hole(2) of the connection rod(3) on the upper side of the connection perforation(4) of the base plate(10); connecting the connection perforation(4) and the connection hole(2)with the bolt(14) from the bottom to the upside; inserting the connection bolt(1) of the connection rod(3) through the connection perforation(4) formed on the plate(5); connecting the connection bolt(1) with another connection hole(2a) of a connection rod(3a); and connecting the connection bolt(1) of the connection rod(3a) with the upper plate(11) with the connection nut(6).
