<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a video information encoding method which can unite blocks in which superimposed pixels are not generated by uniting many object boundary blocks and deciding the propriety of superimposition between block signals at the time of encoding texture information that utilizes the shape information of object boundary blocks. SOLUTION: An area outside object padding part 31 receives inputs of information between videos or original video information from a motion compensating part and a VOP forming part and receives the input of padding shape information from a shape information encoding part. An object boundary block uniting part 32 receives inputs from the part 31 and uniting shape information and outputs a block union output to a DCT and an encoding part 33. The part 33 outputs a texture signal and simultaneously outputs to an IDCT and a decoding part 34. A united block dividing part 35 receives the uniting shape information and a signal of the part 34 and outputs decoded information.</p> |
