PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a user by operating a fare adjusting processing and an entrance/exit processing when a train getting-off condition is fulfilled, and realizing automatic ticket examination through a connected ticket examination port and another company's ticket examination port even when a user does not carry any connection ticket or future ticket. SOLUTION: When a user gets on a train with an Io card at an A station, and gets off at a B station, the user presses the switch of an automatic ticket examining machine main body (a) for setting a transfer/return processing mode, and inserts a season ticket and an Io card. Then, the automatic ticket examining machine main body (a) judges a train getting-off condition from the sum of the two tickets. The minimum fare is subtracted from the Io card at the entrance, and the shortage to a C station is calculated. Also, when the balance of the Io card is larger than the shortage, the fare is adjusted, and the train getting-off condition is fulfilled. The door of the automatic ticket examining machine main body (a) is opened under a condition that any future ticket or the like is not inserted, and an entrance/exit processing is operated to the season ticket, and the season ticket is returned after entrance data to a B company's line are added. Also, the entrance/exit processing is operated also to the Io card with the season card, and the Io card is returned. |
