PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to smoothly make an introduction hit quiz by addition of a simple software function by reading out the KARAOKE data of the musical pieces in a question music order list and reproducing and outputting the introduction part of the musical piece only for the prescribed short period when the machine is set at an introduction hit quiz execution mode. SOLUTION: When the user selects the item of the introduction hit quiz in the display mode of a banquet supporting menu, the processing mode of a central processing unit (CPU) 4 changes over to the introduction hit quiz execution mode. When there is an input, the CPU 4 operates to pickup the musical piece at the top of the question music order list, reads KARAOKE accompaniment musical tone data out of a hard disk device 6, supplies the data to a synthesizer 11, reproduces the introduction part of these accompaniment musical tones by the prescribed second and has the data outputted by a speaker 13. At this time, the processing of text display and background video display is not executed with a display 16. Then, the quiz may be smoothly executed in a banquet hall, etc., without making the banquet wet. |
