PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the rotational torque of a take-up roller from getting high, to restrain the deformation of a member such as a pressing roller and to improve durability by constituting the device so that the rotational driving of the take-up roller after the specified number of sheets pass is performed after confirming that a fixing roller is not rotated. SOLUTION: When the specified number of sheets are counted in constitution where the pressing force of the pressing roller to the fixing roller is set to be low, a take-up roller driving motor 32 is driven by a CPU 28 and a web is wound by a specified amount by the rotation of the take-up roller with the driving of the motor 32. The device is provided with a rotation detecting means 30 detecting whether the fixing roller is rotated or not, and the motor 32 is driven only based on non-rotation information about the fixing roller detected by the means 30. |
