PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly fry various food materials as much as possible even by inexperienced persons, by laying ceramic spherical bodies each with a specified diameter on such a wide space that they are positioned in the most part of the frying area of a fryer and supporting and fixing the spherical bodies by a netted member and settling them in the bottom of the fryer. SOLUTION: A ceramic material is formed spherically to have 3-8mm diameter, preferably 3-6mm, so as to position the most part of the frying area, in order to give a thermal effect and a adsorptive effect to a fryer auxiliary tool 1. The fryer auxiliary tool is put on a support body 9 arranged at the bottom of the upper part of a fryer 8, and also in a usual dometric fryer, the tool can be used by submerging it to the bottom. In the fryer auxiliary tool 1, the upper and under parts of the ceramic spherical bodies are covered with an oil-resistant netted member, generally a stainless steel netted member, and the netted member is fixed by an oil-resistant material, generally stainless steel frame. |
