PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain taste information of small measuring error for a sweet taste by equipping a film formed of high polymer and having a matrix on the surface and a molecule group of amphiphile having a non-ionic hydrophilic radical housed within the matrix. SOLUTION: Hight polymer material, amphiphile 6 and a plasticizer are mixed as a base. Next, the mixture is dissolved in solvent such as tetrahydrofuran, the dissolved liquid is thin spread, and the solvent is volatilized to form a film. Thickness of the film is tens μm-hundreds μm. Selection of the high polymer material, the amphiphile 6 and the plasticizer, a mixture ratio and the like is different in what film is desired to be obtained. In a case where the plasticizer itself has charge, an addition amount is adjusted, it is necessary that charge of the film is controlled 30 m equivalent/1 or less. Thus, taste information of small measuring error can be obtained by making the film for the sensor a non-ionic or bipolar film lowering charge density of the film itself. |
