PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve the interlayer adhesion and gas barrier properties by providing a film layer of silicone zirconium composite oxide on at least one side of a plastic film and keeping a relationship of the specific gravity of the film layer and the content of zirconium oxide in the film layer within a specific range. SOLUTION: The relationship of the specific gravity of a film layer of silicone zirconium composite oxide and the content of zirconium oxide in the film layer is 2.1<=D-0.011 W<=2.3 (where, D is the specific gravity and W the content). A polyarylate film is used as a plastic film 11, and ZrO2 and SiO2 particles are used as metallizing material. These materials are each heated in a time-sharing fashion by a single electron beam gun using an electron beam metallizing method without being mixed and a film layer 12 of silicone zirconium composite oxide is prepared. Ultraviolet rays are applied to this film so prepared to cure a holding layer to thereby obtain a 20μm thick curable resin cured layer 13.
