PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly transmit the vibration of a strike to the grip of a fishing rod. SOLUTION: In forming a laminated pipe for a fishing rod, etc., by winding a prepreg sheet 3 for forming the laminated pipe on a mandrel 1, a reinforcing fiber bundle 2 arranged in parallel at least in one direction in width corresponding to an angleαof 5 degrees to 40 degrees of the circumference of the laminated pipe in a zone along the whole length in the shaft direction is arranged on the inner periphery or an outer periphery or at the middle between the inner and the outer peripheries. Consequently, the rigidity of only a part in the peripheral direction of the laminated pipe is raised, the vibration direction of the laminated pipe is controlled to a fixed direction to exactly transmit the vibration of a strike to the grip of a fishing rod.
