<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably and safely move from a ground to a spot in water regardless of weather, to perform safe movement, and beside to perform further amusing and safe observation in water. SOLUTION: A running rail is laid from a ground to a spot in water. A running body main body 1 at the upper part of which a running body capsule 2 is separably arranged is formed movably along the running rail. The running body main body 1 and the running body capsule 2 are intercoupled through a wire 26. A fluid fan 22 to exert a load during drawing of a wire 26 and a winding drive motor 20 to perform winding are disposed at the running body main body 1. In a state that the running body 1 is positioned in water, the running capsule 2 is separated away from the running body main body 1 and by drawing the wire 26 by an arbitrary length, the running body capsule 2 is floated in water on a water surface.</p> |
