PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent exposure of a diaphragm to the outside so as to improve a characteristic. SOLUTION: In the inside of an outer cylinder metal fitting 16, an intermediate cylinder 28 is inserted. In the intermediate cylinder 28, an elastic unit 30 is vulcanization-bonded, in a central part thereof, an inner cylinder metal fitting 32 extended in parallel to an axial line of the intermediate cylinder 28 is arranged, the elastic unit 30 is also vulcanization-bonded to the inner cylinder metal fitting 32. A support member 14, in a condition that it is linked between a pair of flange parts respectively constituting both end parts of the intermediate cylinder 28, is set up therein. In a part surrounded by both a pair of the flange parts and a pair of the support members 14 of the intermediate cylinder 28, a diaphragm 24 supported by these support members 14 is integrally formed with the elastic unit 30 capable of being elastically deformed. |
