PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small motor which prevents a commutator from being soldered by a method in which a plurality of soldered spring elements are formed at a noise suppressing element, the noise suppressing element which is provided with the spring elements is slid on the commutator, the spring elements are coupled to a protrusion part at the commutator and the noise suppressing element is connected electrically to the commutator. SOLUTION: A varistor 20 as a noise suppressing element is formed on a ceramic ring-shaped disk on which its terminals are formed and in which many solder pads 21 are provided on one face, and conductive springs 30 are soldered to the pads 21. Then, the varistor 20 is slid on a commutator 15 up to a position around a protrusion part 18 connected to lead wires 14 at an armature winding 13 by using a fusing method, free ends of the conductive springs 30 are coupled to the protrusion part 18, and the varistor 20 is positioned to the commutator 15 so as to be connected electrically. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the commutator 15 form being soldered. |
