PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably bleed lubrication oil without soiling surroundings. SOLUTION: An outboard motor is formed such that an engine case 23 is fixed on an extension case 22 arranged at the upper end part of a drive shaft housing 6, and an engine 3 provided at the rear of the engine case 23 with a cylinder head 25 and at the lower part of the engine case 23 with an oil pan 30 is provided. In this case, a drain hole 64 for bleeding lubrication oil is arranged in the lowermost part, on the opposite side to the cylinder head 25, of the oil pan 30 and in the front in an advancing direction of a junction between the engine case 23 and the extension case 22. |
