<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and to lower cost in terms of a power supply of an X-ray beam generator by independently controlling the voltages of the specified number of X-ray tubes through a common DC voltage intermediate circuit and an inverter and an X-ray tube current through respective heating current generators for the specified number of planes. SOLUTION: An X-ray generator is a device for supplying power to the X-ray beam generators. The DC voltage intermediate circuit 12 is connected to an AC power source, the output voltage is supplied to the inverter 13 and the inverter 13 supplies the power to a high voltage converter 14. A high voltage rectifier 15 is connected to the output side of the high voltage converter 14 and the X-ray tubes 16 and 17 of the two X-ray beam generators are connected to the output side. The two X-ray tubes 16 and 17 are grating controlled and a control unit 18 is assigned. The two heating current generators 19a and 19b are provided so as to form a time limit current to the X-ray tubes 16 and 17 and an X-ray tube current is individually controlled for the planes for the respective tubes 16 and 17.</p> |
