PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition slightly causing change in physical properties and discoloration even under a condition of exposure to heat and light, excellent in mechanical strength and adhesiveness, by blending a (meth) acrylate polymer with a specific monomer and a cationic photopolymerization initiator. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a (meth)acrylate polymer having >=5,000 weight-average molecular weight calculated as polystyrene, (B) an epoxy- containing ring opening polymerizable monomer (preferably a bisphenol A diglycidyl ether) and (C) a cationic photopolymerization initiator (preferably an aromatic onium salt such as a compound of the formula). A (co)polymer of a (meth)acrylate is preferable as the component A. For example, methyl (meth)acrylate or 2-hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate may be cited as the (meth) acrylate. Preferably, the amount of the component A blended in the whole composition is 20-70wt.% and that of the component C is 0.3-3wt.%. Preferably, the amount of the component B blended is 10-100wt.% based on 100wt.% of the amount of the component A. |
