PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an inexpensive color filter of high definition having excellent flatness and no irregular color density. SOLUTION: This method includes the following processes. In the first process, pixel partitioning position 11 are formed according to a specified pattern on a master plate 10. In the second process, recesses 12 to be filled with ink which are partitioned by the pixel partitioning position 11 are filled with ink of preliminarily designed colors to form ink layers 13. In the third process, a resin layer 15 having light-transmitting property is formed by applying a resin on the master plate 10 filled with the ink. In the fourth process, the pixel partitioning position 11, ink layers 13 and resin layer 15 are solidified and integrally peeled from the master plate 10. |
