<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and reduce assembling cost by constituting a two-stage coupling connector for interface from an insulation housing, a contact, and a shell. SOLUTION: This connector has a contact storage part partitioned into upper and lower stages by a center separation part and opening on both end part sides and comprises an insulation housing 10 for storing in parallel and holding from one end side in upper and lower contact housing parts female contacts 1 and 2 into contact with a male contact in a counterpart male type connector, the contacts 1 and 2 arranged at each contact housing part, and a shell 11 having an opening for inserting a counterpart male type contact into the contact housing part and integrally forming via a link part a surrounding part for surrounding periphery of the contacts 1 and 2 to be stored in the contact housing part. The contacts 1 and 2 are arranged in parallel forwardly from the rearward of the insulation housing 10 and plugged in the contact housing part of the upper and lower two stages, and the insulation housing 10 is fitted and installed rearwardly of the shell 11.</p> |
