PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the feeding work, the inventory control and disposability, and to prevent any troubles caused by the liquid by providing side plates extending respectively from three sides of a base plate, folding the extended side plates in the same direction relative to the base plate to form an interior plate member with three sides, and storing the interior plate member in a bag-shaped member. SOLUTION: Side plates 4 extending respectively from three sides of an approximately rectangular base plate 3 are provided, and the extended side plates 4 are folded in the same direction relative to the base plate 3 to form an interior plate member 2 with three sides. The interior plate member 2 is stored in a moisture proof bag 5, and in the moisture proof bag 5, a polyethylene terephthalate layer of 10-40μm in thickness is laminated as an outermost layer, a low density polyethylene layer of 20-80μm in thickness is laminated as an innermost layer, and an aluminum layer of 3-20μm in thickness is laminated as an intermediate layer respectively. The feeding work, the inventory control and disposability can be greatly improved thereby, and troubles caused by the liquid can be prevented.
