PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a health beverage capable of being easily taken by persons, by mixing garlic with Cordyceps sinensis Sacc., wherein the garlic and the Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. have been said to be good for the health of human bodies. SOLUTION: This health beverage is obtained by mixing the aqueous extract of garlic with the extract of artificially cultured Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. Therein, the garlic is preferably odorless garlic, and the extract of the artificially cultured Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. is preferably an aqueous extract, and preferably contains alcohol. The total weight of the garlic and the artificially cultured Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. is 42-0.1% based on the water. The garlic and the artificially cultured Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. are contained in a weight ratio of 98.0%:2.0% to 10.0%:90.0%. |
