<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the mechanical strength on the piping side near a connecting part and prevent the crack and breakage of a piping by vibration by forming a stopper wall, a guide chamber and a hook wall on a connecting hole part, relatively pressing an inserted piping in the axial direction, and connecting the end part vicinity of the piping by a swollen wall by plastic deformation. SOLUTION: A joint body 1 side or a piping P side is relatively pressed from the outside in the axial direction to bring the connecting end part of the piping P into contact with the middle inclined wall surface formed by the guide chamber 3 of a connecting hole 1', and the end part of the piping P is engagingly locked by a stopper wall 2 part. According to further pressing, an outward swollen part P' conformed to the guide chamber 3 is formed by plastic deformation in the part situated in the guide chamber 3 near the piping P end part, and its neck lower part is engaged with a hook wall 4 and connected. Thus, brazing in a connecting part is dispensed with, the connection can be easily performed by simple pressing, the influence on mechanical strength on the piping P side near the connecting part is thus eliminated, and the crack or breakage can be avoided even in a piping state under vibration.</p> |
