PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct group calling using position information of a mobile terminal equipment by configuring a group consisting of mobile communication terminal equipments and stationary terminal equipments. SOLUTION: A group is configured by a plurality of terminal equipments and registered in a group configuration memory 141 of a network/subscriber management equipment 51. In the case that a mobile communication terminal equipment 81 makes a call to the group, a call to a terminal equipment of a group membership closest to a designated position is instructed. The network/ subscriber management equipment 51 converts position information of the mobile communication terminal equipment of the group membership into corresponding are coordinates, obtains a distance between the converted area coordinate and the designated position and calls a mobile communication terminal equipment resident at a shortest distance to the designated position.
