HEAT SHRINKING CYLINDRICAL LABEL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a substantial problem in quality control in a manufacturing process for a heat shrinking cylindrical label of polyolefin-type film of its specific gravity lower than 1 having sealed at its central part with adhesive in which setting of the adhesive takes much time even if some broken or crushed segments of the label and PET bottle can be separated with water when the PET bottle is recycled. SOLUTION: Either a single layer or multi-layer type heat shrinking film 2 made of polyolefin film-type resin having a specific weight of lower than 1 or a heat shrinking film 2 of multi-layer film made of polyolefin-type resin and polystylene-type resin having a specific weight of lower than 1 is made into a cylindrical shape, a fusible seal segment 3 is formed by a longitudinal melt cutting seal at the cylindrical film, the fusible seal segment 3 is provided with an easy-opening seal part 5 such as a V-shaped notch or the like to make a heat shrinking cylindrical label 1.
