<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a long liquid jet recording head capable of forming ink passage grooves without generating irregularity in the arranging direction of the ink passage grooves and not damaging a printing grade in the top plate of the long liquid jet recording head. SOLUTION: The boundary lines 15 positioned at both end parts of the long top plate molded from a resin set on a stage 2 are observed by two image recognizing observation optical systems 3, 4 to adjust the angle of the top plate 10 on the stage 2 by a control system 5 in order to allow the line connecting the boundary lines 15 of both end parts to coincide with the distribution axis of the flux of laser beam 1. Thereafter, the boundary line 15 of each block of the top plate 10 is detected as a processing reference line by one observation optical system 3 to position the top plate in a z-direction and a plurality of the ink passage grooves in the block are processed at once by the irradiation with laser beam. The laser processing at every block is repeatedly performed to process all of the ink passage grooves.</p> |
