PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust sensitivity. SOLUTION: A background chroma range and a background lightness range are found from a condition where a color sample does not exist in an inspection area by a background color range setting routine S100, and these are stored in a storage part. Afterwards, the fact that the color sample comes to the inspection area is discriminated by discriminating whether a chroma value is within the background chroma range or within the background lightness range by an object judging routine S200, and an object confirming range is set, and operation to discriminate whether or not the color sample exists in the inspection area is repeated. When the fact that the color sample exists in the inspection area is discriminated in all the repeated discriminating operations, a chroma judging range (sensitivity) or the like is set by a sensitivity adjusting routine S300. Therefore, since sensitivity can be adjusted only by passing the color sample through the inspection area, an adjustment of sensitivity is simplified.
|
