PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perfectly copy the face of a mold without generating defect part of thickness when the back face side of the tip of an end part of a molding raw material is cut and is softened by heating and is press-molded into a predetermined shape. SOLUTION: The back face side of the tip of an end part 11 of a molding raw material with a definite crosssectional shape is cut out, and after the tip part which is cut is placed on a biting projected part 23 standing on a bottom mold 21, the bottom mold 21 and a top mold 31 are closed to press-mold the end part 11. When the tip part of the end part is bent to the back face 11a side of the end part to mold a specified shape, a pushing member 41 projected so as to be stored in the mold face 33 of the top mold 31 is pushed on the back face 11a of the end part before the biting projected part 23 and a biting step part 32 of the mold face of the top mold pinch the tip of the end part of the molding raw material, and when the mold is completely closed, the pushing member 41 is stored in the top mold 31. |
