PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a resin base board containing ferrite having no warps and capable of planning to bring the board to thin-wall and enlarge the area of the board. SOLUTION: This production of a resin base board containing ferrite comprises feeding powdery ferrite, an epoxy resin and a phenolic resin as powdery resins, glass fiber as an inorganic fiber, an acrylic fiber as an organic fiber and water in a paper making device, dewatering the mixture to obtain a sheet-like paper made product, drying the product in a drying process #7, pressing the dried product during heating by a press mold in a pressurized pressing process #10, if needed, removing warps and certainly curing the resin in an post-curing process #13 in a cold press process #12. |
