PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize varied high grade impression by gradually changing the contrast between an embossed pattern and rainbow colors dependent on seeing angles by a method wherein a transparent resin film is laminated onto the rear surface of an embossed film having light interference function. SOLUTION: Onto the rear surface of a film 1 having light interference function, a colorless transparent semi-rigid polyvinyl chloride resin film 2 having the thickness of 150μm is laminated by a hot laminating method. After that, the surface of the laminated film 1 having light interference function is embossed with a pressing machine so as to realize a wavy pattern having tip portions 3 and valley portions 4 with the depth of 37μm. Thus, a decorative film having high grade impression, in which the contrast between an embossed pattern and rainbow colors is gradually changed by means of seeing angle, can be obtained. Accordingly, the pattern, by which the design property of a printing layer can be brought out as much as possible.
