摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the incidence of resin drooling in prestart preparations by previously mixing water with air positively and atomizing the mixture and thereby facilitating the control of cooling temperatures for a molten resin and further, widening the control range. SOLUTION: A temperature sensor which is capable of detecting the temperatures of the peripheral part around an opening in a die nozzle 6 and is connected to a temperature control part, is provided on a die 3. A temperature control part sets temperatures sought by an empirical rule or a calculation based on the type of a molten resin. In addition, the temperature control part computes the optimal opening of a water feed valve and a gas feed valve, based on the difference between a value detected by the temperature sensor and a set temperature, and performs the temperature control of a coolant by remote-controlling each of valves. The temperature controlled coolant is injected to the die nozzle 6 from a cooling nozzle 16 provided in the rotating center of a cutter 4. Further, the molten resin present in the die nozzle 6 is cooled by the coolant to be slightly cured. Consequently, the molten resin shows the reduced incidence of drooling to be generated with a water chamber 2 and the pelletizing process is positively started.
