GROUP EVENT MANAGEMENT METHOD AND DEVICE IN DISTRIBUTED COMPUTER ENVIRONMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relational party set in each processor group by preparing a step to store the identification information on a requested node in the relational party sets concerning the processor groups. SOLUTION: A table 300 contains a column 305 of the relational party sets IPS and is used so as to show in a list the identification information on all nodes relating to each other in a group, i.e., to substantially show all nodes serving as the group members. A column of the serial numbers is also added to include the serial numbers of effective updated messages, so that a name server can decide whether or not its receiving message is current one. The table 300 finally contains a column 310 of the look-up queues to store the identification information on all received look-up events.
