PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate flow rate measuring device by stabilizing a starting characteristic related to a heating resistor. SOLUTION: In this flow rate measuring device 20, a correcting circuit 9 outputs it by performing an operation on a corrective signal at starting time on the basis of a temperature signal at starting time from a temperature sensor 12 which detects a representative temperature of a support part 13 to support a heating resistor 5 and a heat sensing resistor 6, a ROM 7 to store a program of corrective processing of an output characteristic and an EEPROM 8 to house necessary corrective data to correct the output characteristic. A digital operation circuit 10 corrects it by using this corrective signal when performing processing to convert a voltage signal according to an air flow rate transmitted by a driving circuit 2 into a flow rate signal.
