PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber composition which can control the positive charge build-up on the surface of a roll to thereby make it possible to construct a system excellent in the capability of charging a toner by forming a sheet feeding roll or a developing roll from the composition. SOLUTION: This composition is used for forming at least the outermost surface of a sheet feeding roll or a developing roll and contains 100 pts.wt. organosiloxane represented by the formula R<1> SiO(4-n)/2 (wherein R<1> s may be the same or different and are each an unsubstituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; and n is a positive number of 1.98 to 2.02), 5-70 pts.wt. reinforcing silica having a specific surface of at least 10m<2> /g and being positively chargeable, and a curing agent comprising a mixture of an organohydrogenpolysiloxane with a platinum-base catalyst, or an organic peroxide catalyst in an amount necessary for curing.
