PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce clutter relating to an ultrasonic diagnostic device provided with a power doppler function for averaging the power of a blood stream over plural frames. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a comparison part 50 for comparing a first power value S1 relatively strongly including the information of the instantaneous blood stream image of only a present frame and a second power value S2 relatively strongly including the information of the instantaneous blood stream image of the frame before the present frame and calculating an evaluation value for indicating the appearance degree of the clutter. Corresponding to the compared result or by using only the first power value S1 of the first power value S1 and the second power value S2, the weight of the respective weighting means 31 and 32 of an inter-frame average part 30 is controlled.
