PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic linear motor in which a damping part member is collectively installed on a sliding part member. SOLUTION: In this linear motor, an anti-wearing part member is installed on one notched part out of three notched parts of a piezoelectric vibrator. Split electrodes are formed by forming a dividing line on an electrode of one surface, from the notched part on which the anti-wearing part member is installed to the facing side. A sliding part member is brought into contact with the anti-wearing part member of the notched part by pressing the piezoelectric vibrator with springs. Two fixed guide rollers which are arranged keeping a gap greater than the width of the anti-wearing part member, on the side part of the sliding part member which faces the anti-wearing part member of the piezoelectric vibrator are installed. From the piezoelectric vibrator side, two guide rollers are brought into contact with the side part of the sliding part member, keeping a gap greater than the above-mentioned fixed guide rollers. In the above case, the sliding part member 13 is formed by collectively installing a continuous metal part member 13a and a continuous damping part member 13b. As a result, the sliding member can be stably run. |
